Assalamualaikum and hi,

///NEWER VERSION:

1. Log in > Dashboard > Setting > Basic > Permissions

2. Select Blog Readers
Change setting to 'private'.
Private - Only blog authors
Private - Only these readers (insert readers)

3. SAVE CHANGES, View blog.

#your url address would be changed into http://YOURBLOG.blogspot.com/214254365876 (blog id)
meaning that the blog has been set to public.


///OLDER VERSION:
1. Log in > Dashboard > Setting > Permission

2. Then ,permission shown up like this:

3. Tick Only Blog Authors

4. Then , click 'allows author only'.

5. Then, the blog set to public.
