Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera,

Maaf sebab dah lama tak berblog. Ada masalah gangguan internet belakangan ini. Sedih.
Sesiapa yang hadapi masalah sama, bolehlah rujuk entri ni yep.

///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

Langkah 1:

- Klik Tool>Internet  Option, cari pada Tab 'Connection'
- Klik Local Area Network (LAN) Settings> cari proxy server dan untick 'automatically detect proxy settings'!
- Klik 'OK' dan restart IE..

//////////////////////

Langkah 2:

Reset Internet Protocol (IP) utk Windows XP:
- Klik Start>Run atau search (utk Windows 8)
- Taip cmd (Command Prompt)
- Klik 'ok'
- Dalam kotak hitam, taip 'netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt'
- Tekan kekunci 'Enter'

- Klik 'Reset' di bawah
- Klik Ok dan tutup tetingkap Internet Explorer 8
- Restart Internet Explorer 8

//////////////////////

Langkah 3:
MASALAH DENGAN PERISIAN NORTON ANTIVIRUS:

Bagi yang tiada perisian Norton Anti Virus. proxy setting IE tick/enabled tanpa pilihan pada kotak LAN setting (int the tools->connection->Lan settings).
- Masalah registry setting selalu berubah setiap kali guna IE. Perlu tukar secara manual/sendiri.
Utk masalah ini, cuba:

1- Tutup IE
2- Run regedit (registry edit)
3- Pergi ke HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
4- Tukar nama AutoConfigProxy Key kepada nama sampah seperti 000AutoConfigProxy000
5- Tukar ProxyEnable Key Value kepada 0
6- Biarkan kosong Proxyserver Key Value (Jangan padam/delete, biarkan nilai kosong)
7- Tukar MigrateProxy key value kepada 0
8- Tutup regedit
9- Run IE
Sepatutnya masalah selesai.

//////////////////////

- Jika anda anda Norton dalam komputer, guna 'norton removal tool'. Dapatkan daripada website mereka, masukkan dalam thumbdrive dan run dalam komputer. Norton boleh jadi penyebab komputer hang dan penyebab gangguan internet.
- Kalau ada apa-apa je anti-software (anti-virus, adware, spyware, malware, spam, with a firewall), sila padam/delete! If you have McAfee, doubly get rid of it! It's the worst I've ever seen. MS Windows after sp2 has the best firewall around. don't disable it to put a weaker one on. And the companies that put this stuff out are usually good in only one or two fields. To expect protection from everything is a bit unrealistic. Which brings me to 3, 4, 5, 6, & 7; use the software from companies that specialize and the 2nd best thing is, is it's all free. The 1st best thing is that it works.
(3) Get malwarebytes. Install it and run it.
(4) Get Avast! Anti-virus. Install and run.
(5) Get Spybot Search & Destroy. Install and run.
(6) Get HighJackThis. Be carful with this one. Only disable what you are sure of.
(7) Re-enable windows firewall.
This'll work 99% of the time, and it's good to do even if you don't have connection problems.
Let me know if it doesn't work for anyone.

//////////////////////

Had the same problem, searched the web until I found someone who had spoken with an escalated AOL helpdesk person who finally knew how to do it:
Remove the following files:
* C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\spcflt.sys
* C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\spcstb.sys
* C:\Program Files\Common Files\aol\1127593350\ee\services\ver2_0_10_16\serviceManifest.xml
Reboot, and afterwards the computer will work fine.
P.S. I also didn't find the serviceManifest.xml file in the exact location mentioned so I skipped that step and it still fixed the problems connecting with browsers.

////////////////////////

Thanks for all the ideas. I had this computer linked to my router by cable and had local connection, but no Internet connection. I got mine working after only 5 hours or so. I erased all McAfee, deleted Linksys files, used just the Windows XP firewall, then reloaded the Linksys wireless. Who knows what of all that worked, but it's working. I noticed the IP address was different from the router and all other linked computers in the third octet (1 instead of 0), so maybe using the wireless corrected the address problem.

///////////////////////

 Open IE. Go to Tools ==> Internet Options. Select the Connections tab. At the bottom select LAN Settings. under Proxy Server uncheck the box to use a proxy server. Unless of coure you use a proxy server. The
"Antivirus - Soft" virus changes the setting to prevent you from going online to get help. I'm sure there are others too.

//////////////////////

1. IE - Go to Tools -> Options -> Connections -> LAN Settings (button).
2. See if you have Proxy Server optiion checked? If yes try to uncheck this option and test browse IE.

/////////////////////

I've been having this problem as well. I have Symantec Antivirus corporate edition running on a 32bit XP. The problem I found was with torrents. Whenever I'm UPLOADING torrents, is when this problem seems to crop up. I have a number of other computers connected to my network and they all work fine. Just my computer that messes up when UPLOADING torrents.
The symptoms seem to be the same. MSN and all other internet based applications work except browsing. I did a connectivity troubleshoot on msn (just to humour myself) and it came up with "Key Ports" as the issue.

After a scouring the internet for a solution, I decided to try something that just popped into my head.
My computer is equipped with 2 ethernet ports (motherboard = Asus Extreme Maximus). So, I disconnected the cable from the first port which I had been using since I build the computer, and connected it to the second port.
The problem seems to be solved. I've been uploading torrents for 3 days and still browsing without a restart.

/////////////////////

follow the steps:

1. start
2. run
3. type gpedit.msc
4. administrative templates
5. system
6. double click Internet Communication
7. then in the right side right click the Turn off "Publish the web" task for files and sub folders
8. then Properties if it is enable make it not configure ....

/////////////////////

Go into CONTROL PANEL. Click on NETWORK CONNECTIONS.

You should see a WIRELESS NETWORK CONNECTION in there. Right-Click on it and click PROPERTIES.
Find INTERNET PROTOCOL (TCP/IP) in the list
Click Properties
Click ADVANCED
Click the DNS tab
Click ADD
then enter whatever the DHCP Server is, example: 192.168.2.1
Click ok on everything and run that repair again just to make sure it takes the new info.

////////////////////

 This is a junk mail update but it Destroys the system restore... and it also destroyed the ability to browse and use messenger etc even though the connection was there.

solved by removing Zone Alarms (does not seem the best solution but I am connected behind a router so I guess it is less dangerous)

///////////////////

So 1)start - Run (write cmd and press enter) - write ipconfig /all(don't forget space between ipconfig and /) - look down at wrieless details if there's written
DHCP Enabled...... YES
then skip next paragraph,but if there's written NO then read it (it's for windows vista)

{So now go to Network - Right-click on it and pressProperties - Right-click on Wireless Network and press Properties,then continue - on the tag Networking double click on Internet protocol Version 4 - Click on "Obtain an IP adress automatically " - OK - OK
Now try again start - Run (write cmd and press enter) - write ipconfig /all(don't forget space between ipconfig and /) - look down at wrieless details if there's written
DHCP Enabled...... YES
then do the next step
}

So 2) STart -Run (write cmd and press enter) - write tracert (space)mail.ru

////////////////////

First run a virus scan remove all backdoor.bots that are there

then go into "internet options"
then to "Connections" tab
"Lan Settings"
then all you do is unclick the proxy server dialog box

restart ie or firefox

///////////////////

Check the connection on Network and Sharing Center.

If it is Local and Internet (no X between the computer, router and internet), then type cmd on Start Search and type the command: ping www.yahoo.com

Reset IE already and still no go. Also ask if they updated IE recently (possible IE 8 issue). To check, click Help > About IE.

Uninstall IE 8 on View Installed Updates under Programs and Features. Restart. Try to go to a website directly (www.google.com), some homepages can display -
Page cannot be displayed. Advise to use IE7.

if not, go to Control Panel, Programs and Features > Click View Installed Updates

Then remove the remove Windows update KB963027 and KB969897, AND KB972260 (NEW)

Then configure windows update NOT to automatic (Download but not install.)

known issue

or

then go into "internet options"
then to "Connections" tab
