Here is a few tips:
Simply go to the link > https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/like-box-for-pages#
1. Choose 'Like Box'
2. Paste your page url.
3. Adjust seting
4. Review
Setting:
- Adjust 'pixel height' and 'width' later.
- 'color scheme': light for light background or, dark for dark background.
- Choose 'show friends' faces' and 'show posts':

Then,
Go to layout > add a gadget > add html/javascript > paste the code into the box. Give it a title. You may choose 'Character map' from desktop for interesting icon.
Save and view blog!
