Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera,

1 . Dashboard > Design > Edit Html

2. Hold Ctrl+F and find :
a:hover

3. Paste ABOVE previous code:
border-top: 2px dashed #ff8fc1;
border-bottom: 2px dashed #ff8fc1;

you can change wioth other color code. 

4. SAVE ! :)
